The attorney

Alfeo Federico Muraro

He graduated in mechanical engineering at Padova University, with honors. He has been working in the IP field since  2006.

He passed the Italian and European qualifying examinations for patent attorney.

He drafted, and prosecuted up to grant, some hundreds of patent applications both in Italy and internationally.

He collaborated with foreign attorneys
for prosecuting patent applications in many extra-European countries,
such as the United States, Japan and China.

He dealt with patent litigations as ex-parte consultant
and as Court expert.

 

He is qualified to represent clients before Italian (UIBM), European (EPO), and International (WIPO) patent offices, as well as before the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and before the new European Unified Patent Court (UPC).

 

He moved in Trento in 2017,
where he currently operates
as an independent professional practitioner.
